With this sorry excuse of an election, I hope every American realises his or her potential for saving and conserving what they have. This is no “toss up” we all know who the media has chosen as her beloved son: Obama.
This kind of reasoning should make me sick, but it doesn’t. Why?
Well, the fact is [...]

My immediate impressions of the Graham/Conley debate:
How can I characterize the first and only televised debate between the South Carolina Senate seat contenders Bob Conley and Lindsey Graham? Well, my overall impression calls for recollection. I remember the 1992 debate between George Bush the Elder, Bill Clinton, and Ross Perot. This seemed like a revisitation [...]

Barr on the SCOTUS upholding of the 2nd Amendment:

Supreme Court upholds 2nd Amendment in DC Gun Ban case (sorta):

On the issue of prayer in public school, it’s difficult for me to take an absolute stand. Many take the establishment clause of the First Amendment to mean that government is supposed to be irreligious.
I don’t agree that government should be irreligious. If that were the case, then the founders wouldn’t have bothered with chaplains [...]

Claiming for myself the labels of Christian and libertarian, I often find myself at odds with both. Is there a synergy in what many seem to assume are contradictory philosophies. I think so.
Andrew Davis, writing for the Libertarian Party Blog, wrote in his post, LP vs CP:
Christian members of the Libertarian Party recognize that the basis of [...]

Thomas J DiLorenzo, author of “The Real Lincoln” is interviewed on C-SPAN.
I encourage everyone to look into the real history of this deified politician and how his actions led to much of the overreaching of the federal government today.
